CSC events will take place in and around the Hemisfair Ballroom at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

Name Badges

You must have your HSMAI name badge for all HSMAI events. HITEC Badges are not valid for the Commercial and Strategy Conference.  An HSMAI Badge and registration is required for all CSC meals and events.

HSMAI’s registration desk will be in the Tower View Common, meeting level. Avoid the lines and pick up your badge on Monday afternoon! 

  • Mon, June 15 | 12:00 – 6:00 pm
  • Tues, June 16 | 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Wed, June 17 | 8:30 am – 1:00 pm 

 A $50 fee is required to reprint any lost badge
