Nelson Boyce is a Managing Director at Google, leading travel industry advertising and marketing relationships in the central and eastern US. Prior to that, he was the Director of Agency Business Development at Google, overseeing the relationship with Publicis Groupe, a global advertising and communications company.

Prior to Google, Nelson was the Senior Vice President of East Coast Media Sales for BET Networks a division of Viacom Media Networks. In this role, Nelson was responsible for driving linear and digital ad sales revenue. Aside from creating and maintaining a high level of agency and client relationships, Nelson played an important role in the execution of sales strategy and process for the division.

Prior to that, Nelson was the Senior Vice President of Ad Sales Strategy and Marketing at Nickelodeon. He was responsible for supporting senior management in the development of short term and long-range sales strategy and plans, analyzing and developing opportunities for successful new lines of business and representing ad sales in business analyses, deal-making and planning to ensure the division’s continued growth.

Libbi Carlson is a seasoned revenue strategist with over 20 years of experience with multiple brands, markets and hotels. In her current position as Vice President of Revenue Strategy for Remington Hotels, she is responsible for leading total hotel revenue strategy for a portfolio of Hilton and Marriott hotels. Prior to joining Remington, Libbi most recently worked with PM Hotel Group as Corporate Director of Revenue Management at PM Hotel Group and with Interstate Hotels and Resorts as Regional Director of Revenue Management. Additionally, she worked with Alliance Hospitality as Regional Manager of Revenue Strategy. Libbi started her hotel career with Hilton Reservations Worldwide and then worked for multiple properties across the country including Hilton Pasadena, Hilton Clearwater Beach, Hilton Cocoa Beach, Embassy Suites of Washington DC, The Waldorf=Astoria and Hilton New York. Libbi holds a B.A. in Theatre Management and Design from the University of Texas at Austin. She completed her HSMAI CRME certification in 2014. She is currently a member of the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of HSMAI.

As PM Hotel Group’s Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Lovell Casiero is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s commercial sales and marketing strategies. Lovell Casiero joined PM Hotel Group in 2019, after 5 successful years of independent consulting for hospitality and non-profits. Over the course of her career, Lovell has worked with Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Merritt Hospitality and Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Priya Chandnani serves as Vice President, Revenue Strategy for Pyramid Global Hospitality. Priya leads revenue strategy and distribution for the luxury and lifestyle division and is passionate about profit centric revenue management principles, emerging distribution platforms and talent development. Dave Collier is the Chief Revenue Officer for OTA Insight. Dave works closely with all of the company’s revenue generating functions to ensure that OTA Insight is well positioned to bring the best BI, Pricing and Market intelligence solutions to all hoteliers globally. Prior to his current position Dave served as the General Manager of the Americas for three years. Before joining OTA Insight Dave was the Vice President of Sales and General Manager at Thanx, where he played a key role in launching and rapidly scaling the hospitality and retail data analytics provider. Anja Fiedler is a Revenue Management expert with 20+ years of experience in the field. In her current role as Executive Director of Revenue Management Integration for Accor North and Central Americas, she is focused on providing a streamlined and efficient onboarding process for acquired and opening hotels. She also maintains overview of 15 City Center and Resort hotels in US, Caribbean and Latin America where she cultivates the Revenue Management Culture and actively supports the hotels pricing strategies. Dawn Gallagher is an accomplished hotel and resort revenue generation expert with nearly three decades of developing and executing sales plans and critical paths; increasing revenue generation and growth; creation of national sales team; and management of both brand and independent hotels. As Chief Commercial Officer, Dawn oversees all Crescent Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Revenue and Digital Strategies and plays a major role in the overall direction and strategic initiatives of the company.

Prior to joining Crescent Hotels and Resorts, Dawn served as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Interstate Hotels where she was responsible for all Sales, Marketing and Revenue for all independent hotels in NYC, Interstate owned assets, as well as other priority projects.

Dawn has distinguished Crescent as an award-winning management firm with a powerful sales culture. Jeff Garber recently took on the new role of Revenue Systems Transformation at IHG , working in close partnership across many groups within the company to drive significant change across the revenue management ecosystem.

With nearly 30 years of service at IHG, Jeff was most recently VP of Commercial Data, Analytics & Insights, supporting the analytic needs for commercial & revenue management, distribution and global sales. Previously, he served as VP, Product Management for Revenue Systems and played an important role on the Business Design team as we rolled out IHG Concerto across the business.

He has broad global experience, having served IHG in various commercial roles across the US, UK, Singapore and the Philippines.

Jeff is currently based in Atlanta, where he currently resides with his wife and two children.

Isaac Gerstenzang has served as Atlantis Paradise Island’s Vice President of Digital Marketing & CRM since December 2020. He brings 25 years of experience to his role with global marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and digital marketing in the hospitality and retail industries. At Atlantis Paradise Island, he is responsible for the digital marketing, media planning, CRM and web strategies, as well as campaign planning and building out the customer journey in close collaboration with the revenue and IT teams.

Gerstenzang earned an MBA from Syracuse University and has been a member of the HSMAI Marketing Advisory Board for over 10 years. Linda Gulrajani is Vice President of Revenue Strategy and Distribution for Marcus Hotels & Resorts. She is responsible for leading the development and implementation of revenue management and distribution activities and strategies for all hotels in the company’s portfolio. In addition, she also oversees the Marcus Reservations and Customer Care Center which takes reservations call for both the Marcus portfolio as well as external hotel customers.

Prior to joining IDeaS Stephen worked in Revenue Management and Hospitality Technology roles. Lyon Hardgrave is the CEO of Pinktada, which he co-founded in October 2020. Prior to that, he was a founder of VAKT, the largest blockchain startup in the energy space. He led fundraising with 14 companies, including Shell, Saudi Aramco, and Reliance, raising a total over $35mm at a valuation near $100mm. Prior to that, Lyon was a Director at Glencore, overseeing trading risk and data. Lyon authored commodities regulation for the NY Federal Reserve. He also spent a decade as a commodity derivatives trader with UBS, SocGen, and Hartree. He has been a featured speaker at many conferences, including OPEC’s Technology Conference in 2019 & 2020. Lyon has a BS in engineering from Rice University and an MBA from Wharton.

John Jimenez is vice president of eCommerce at Noble Investment.

Before joining Noble in 2012, he held roles at Pyramid Hotel Group and Interstate Hotels & Resorts. He has 16 years of hospitality industry experience.

Tess drives the product vision for the Hospitality RMS, N2Pricing, as well as the ongoing customer success for these customers.

Prior to joining Revenue Analytics, Tess graduated from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a BBA concentration in Strategy & Management Consulting and Accounting.

Dr. Kelly McGuire is Managing Principal, Hospitality, ZS Associates, where she is responsible for helping global hospitality clients improve their commercial strategy and operations, and to find impactful uses for data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning to support their commercial strategy. Prior to joining ZS, she was senior vice president, revenue management for MGM Resorts International. She is the author of two books on analytics in hospitality, “Hotel Pricing in a Social World and The Analytic Hospitality Executive”. She holds a MMH and a PhD in revenue management from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, and serves on HSMAIs America’s Board.

Ms. Karen McWilliams joined Concord in May of 2009, launching a revenue optimization department that now leads every Concord asset spanning more than 150 hotels and 26 flags. She has over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in strategy creation and execution, as well as developing team members on the key components of Revenue Management processes and fundamentals. Ms. McWilliams has been instrumental in steering the convergence of digital marketing and sales to connect into pricing and segment models unique to each hotel class. A point of differentiation lies with her ability to implement educational opportunities that allows for strategy engagement at every level from novice to expert. Ms. McWilliams has pioneered dynamic performance models that focus on driving market share in all business climates, while infusing tested revenue principles which emphasize critical thinking and analysis. Ms. McWilliams is an active member of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and enjoys guest lecture opportunities for students in hospitality programs of all levels.

With over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry, Tina Meredith has held positions in accounting, front office, reservations and revenue management. As Vice President of Revenue Management, she is responsible for maximizing revenue with a total hotel revenue management approach along with training and guiding a team of 15. Tina has worked with Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Radisson, Hyatt and independent hotels. Prior to PM Hotel Group, she was with Crescent Hotels for 10 years. Tina is a graduate of Penn State University.

Gissell Moronta is the Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Atrium Hospitality where she leads the sales organization’s strategic and tactical initiatives and help the sales team focus on optimizing financial results.

Gissell kicked off her hospitality career in sales as a convention service manager in the Dominican Republic after graduating college. After moving to the US, her career progressed in hotels through catering and group sales, as Director Sales & Marketing, and customer contact centers. She has served in area and regional roles leading teams to Gold and Platinum award winning performance over two decades and created the first centralized inbound RFP team for Starwood Hotels, which she took from a pilot into a multimillion-dollar inbound operation. She held the position of VP, Sales & Marketing
for Colwen Hotels where she led the sales function for the company.

Gissell is an active member in the industry, serving on the Sales Advisory Board at HSMAI. In 2020, she was named HSMAI’s Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Optimization. Gissell also leads the Diversity and Inclusion Collective resource group at Atrium Hospitality.

Gissell holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Business Administration from Dominican Republic (PUCMM), meeting management certification (CMP), Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) certification from Northwestern University, and a master’s degree in Liberal Arts from Harvard University.

Joined Remington in 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in operations and revenue management. Most recently, Raul Moronta was the Senior Vice President of Revenue Management for Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Prior to Crescent, Raul held several senior level positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Hersha Hospitality Management.

While at Starwood, Raul held several positions within Revenue Management, most recently as a Director of Revenue Management Franchise Full-Service and developed and launched the first Centralized Revenue Management program to assist Franchise partners improve property performance.

Dr. Breffni Noone is an Associate Professor at the Pennsylvania State University School of Hospitality Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Revenue Management from Cornell University. Her research interests revolve around revenue optimization in the restaurant, hotel, and golf industries. She has authored several book chapters, and has published over 40 articles in leading academic journals. She has been the recipient of a number of research, teaching excellence, and advising awards, and was honored with the inaugural HSMAI Revenue Optimization Educator of the Year award in 2021. She currently serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management and the International Journal of Hospitality Management, and is an associate editor for the Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research. She is a revenue management consultant to hospitality enterprises, and provides executive education programs in revenue optimization in the U.S. and Europe. She serves on the HSMAI Revenue Optimization Advisory Board for the Americas, and is the chair of the governing board for Les Roches Global Hospitality Education.

Grazia Ochoa is a Client Partner on the travel team at Meta where she’s spent the last 5 years supporting leading travel advertisers across hotel, cruise and attractions, helping to grow their businesses through innovation and full-funnel strategies. Grazia has worked in the travel space for 20+ years having led global digital media investment at Starwood Hotels and a digital marketing leader at Viator, Cendant Travel Distribution and eGulliver and has consulted with travel advertisers as a trusted advisor at media / tech platforms Sojern and Yahoo. She is delighted to have the opportunity to help travel brands harness newer technologies and immersive experiences that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Sharon Paine joined IHG® in 2018 as VP, Revenue Management, responsible for overseeing revenue management for franchised properties across all IHG brands in the United States region. Sharon is passionate about driving property level performance and is proud to lead a revenue management team that shares her passion. Prior to IHG Sharon spent 12 years at Choice Hotels, in corporate strategy and Revenue Management roles. During her tenure at Choice, Sharon built revenue management programs from the ground up, including launching a revenue management for hire program and developing an automated pricing optimization system.

Sharon has also worked in business consulting for BearingPoint and Andersen, and in IT leadership for Verizon. Sharon has a degree in Computer Science from Manchester University, UK.

Currently a professor at Cornell University, Dave Roberts retired in 2019 from Marriott International in the role of SVP, Revenue Strategy and Solutions where he was responsible for revenue management strategy and execution, for all hotels worldwide, across all brands. He also led revenue analytics, providing top line analysis for the company, as well as impact assessment of sales & marketing activities. Finally, he was responsible for sales systems, providing strategy, development, and deployment of technology to drive and manage group business at Marriott hotels. Over the years, Dave served in a number of other roles at the company, including Regional Vice President of Market Strategy, Vice President of Global Pricing, and more.

Prior to Marriott, Dave worked on airplane purchases and route economics for American Airlines, and served as a technical consultant on missile defense for the Pentagon as part of the “Star Wars” initiative). He has a B.S. and an M.S. in Operations Research from Cornell, and an MBA with a major in Economics from Northwestern’s Kellogg School. He holds a U.S. Patent on a software product, and has published several academic papers on such topics as forecasting, options pricing, and customer choice modeling.

In his spare time, Dave enjoys martial arts and astronomy.

Andrew Rubinacci is a seasoned hospitality veteran with over 25 years of experience and considered by many in the industry as one of the foremost revenue management and global distribution experts anywhere. He serves currently as EVP, Revenue Strategy for Aimbridge Hospitality.

He was previously EVP & Chief Commercial Officer for Omni Hotels & Resorts responsible for Marketing, Sales, Loyalty, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Distribution and Channel Strategy. In addition, he was previously the Senior Vice President of Distribution & Global Revenue Management for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and was responsible for the leadership of an integrated Distribution and Revenue Management Strategy team. He has also worked with Bristol Hotels & Resorts and MeriStar Hotels & Resorts.

Mr. Rubinacci holds bachelor degrees in business administration, majoring in both marketing and hospitality administration at Florida State University. He has served on the boards of HEDNA, Worldres, HSMAI, Open Travel, Roomkey, and the Dedman College of Hospitality at Florida State University.

Adam Sacks is the President of Tourism Economics; an Oxford Economics company dedicated to analytically-based consulting to the tourism sector.

For more than two decades, Adam has worked with destinations, industry associations, and companies around the world in the areas of opportunity and risk assessments, policy analysis, and economic impact.

Adam’s work has provided the foundation for billions of dollars in capital investment decisions by hotel companies, developers, and investors. Destination marketing organizations around the world rely on Tourism Economics data and scenario models to inform global marketing investment allocations.

Adam also supports trade associations in the aviation, hotel, and broader travel arena with forecasts widely considered to be an industry standard. And by examining the economic merits of travel facilitation, taxation, and tourism promotion initiatives, Adam’s work has influenced critical government policies.

He is an authority on measuring the economic impact of visitor activity and has analyzed the impacts of cruising, gaming, timeshare, hotels, new attractions and destination marketing.

Adam regularly presents to corporate strategic planning teams on the threats and opportunities facing their businesses and is a member of the U.S. Department of Commerce, Travel & Tourism Advisory Board.

Ashley Sellhorst is Sojern’s Director of Sales for their Small and Medium-Sized Business Team in the Americas Region. She has spent the last 9-years supporting Sojern as they strive to support independently owned and operated boutique hoteliers with online marketing and direct booking strategies. Ashley was recently appointed to a seat on HSMAI’s Rising Sales Leader Council and also proudly serves as a Regional Leader for Sojern Women’s Group. When not conversing with hoteliers, she can be found planning her upcoming Destination Wedding in Mexico!

Chinmai Sharma is a seasoned travel industry professional with more than two decades of global experience in the fields of Commercial optimization, Distribution, Strategic Marketing and Technology. Chinmai is currently President-Americas for RateGain based out of their Dallas, TX office.

Before joining RateGain, Chinmai was the Chief Revenue Officer of Taj Hotel Group (IHCL) where he held group level responsibility for all commercial activities. He has also held leadership roles with companies like Starwood Capital Group based in Paris, Wyndham Hotel Group in New Jersey, Joie de Vivre Hotels (now part of Hyatt) in San Francisco and with Expedia Inc. in Seattle.

Chinmai is a Hotel Management graduate along with a B.A. with Math and holds a joint MBA from IMHI/ESSEC Business School, Paris and Cornell Hotel School (M.M.H), New York. Chinmai has held advisory board roles with travel technology companies like Sabre as well as with some Travel Tech start-ups. He is currently a mentor with the start-up incubator at NYU Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality Innovation Hub (HI Hub) and a board member for non-profit hospitality associations HSMAI and HEDNA. He has been named as one of the ‘Top 20 Extraordinary minds within Sales, Marketing and Technology’ by HSMAI Europe.

Ed Skapinok is the chief commercial leader at the luxury lifestyle hotel brand, Appellation. Since joining the company in 2020 he’s focused on evolving all aspects of the corporate and hotel branding, capturing and utilizing guest data in pioneering ways, and designing an organization that eliminates silos between the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management departments.

Previously, Ed held positions as SVP of Sales, Marketing, Revenue & Reservations at Aqua-Aston Hospitality, VP of Sales & Marketing at Hostmark Hospitality Group, and VP of Sales at Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants. He served as chair of HSMAI’s Sales Advisory Board from 2014-19 and currently holds seats on the America’s Board and Marketing Advisory Board. Ed has a B.S. degree in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Davis. In 2016, he was named one of the Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Hospitality Sales, Marketing & Revenue Optimization.

Stephanie Sparks Smith is CEO and Digital Matriarch at Cogwheel Marketing and partner and consultant at Cayuga Hospitality Consultants. Her focus is helping hotel owners and management companies drive incremental exposure and revenue to their websites and online channels through hotel digital marketing and advertising. The expertise of Cogwheel Marketing is knowing the intricacies of the branded hotel systems and understanding where brand marketing stops and hotel level marketing begins.

Shawn Tarter is CEO & Founder of RealTime Reservation, an organization that provides real-time inventory management ancillary reservation software to the hospitality/travel industry. Shawn recognized opportunities at many properties and was eager to provide hotels with ways to improve the customer experience while providing services that support client satisfaction and loyalty. In 2015, Shawn founded Ipalapa Corporation which was rebranded in 2018 to RealTime Reservation. In the three short years since its rebrand, the company has experienced significant sales and revenue growth, despite operating during a global pandemic. Today, the company employs fifty professionals across development, R&D, client services, administration, sales, and marketing and boasts more than 500 clients.

Sara Tirrell is the Corporate Director of eCommerce at Mainsail Lodging, where she manages and grows the digital presence of both their corporate brand, hotel portfolio, and vacation rental properties. Prior to joining Mainsail, Sara had almost 14 years of experience with Marriott International in hospitality eCommerce and Marketing. Her areas of expertise include website optimization, OTA and Brand Content Management, Website Administration, Corporate Branding, and Digital Advertising for hotels, in-hotel restaurants, and outlets.

With over 20 years of senior level experience in hotel marketing and travel distribution, Dan Wacksman has recently launched a new company, Sassato, to help hotels and travel related businesses to improve their performance in marketing, distribution, technology, and implementations. Prior to this, Dan was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Distribution for Outrigger Hotels and Resorts, where he oversaw Marketing, Digital, Loyalty/CRM, Contact Center Operations, OTA relationships, and overall distribution strategy. Previous roles include Managing Director for GTA China and Regional Director for GTA Asia, where he had overall responsibility for offices throughout the region (at the time GTA was one of the world’s largest wholesalers), General Manager of Aoyou.com, an Online Travel Agency based in Beijing, and Director of Strategic Development for Travelport where he was involved in acquisitions and strategic initiatives.

David Warman is the Chief Client Officer at IDeaS leading IDeaS global Account Management, Client Operations, and Consulting teams. Prior to his current role he has had a 30+ year career leading customer experience marketing, revenue optimization, and insights at some of the world’s largest and most prestigious brands – Four Seasons, IHG, and Hilton.

Haley White is a senior director of business development for hotel strategic accounts with Expedia Group Media Solutions. She leads the team that creates and implements strategies to optimize marketing and revenue opportunities for our largest hotel partnerships. She has been with Media Solutions for 12 years, and previously was a director leading our team focused on sponsored listings solution TravelAds for hotel partners in North America. Prior to becoming director, she managed the TravelAds team that worked with hotel partners throughout the East Coast of the United States and within Latin America. She got her start in multimedia advertising with news and media outlets in the United States. Haley is a member of the HSMAI Marketing Advisory Board, and is a graduate of Texas A&M University and lives in Dallas, Texas with her family.

Currently serving as Chair of the HSMAI Foundation, Michelle Woodley is President of Preferred Hotel Group, which operates global hospitality brands such as Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Historic Hotels of America, and PTG Consulting. Since joining Preferred in 2002, she has held various leadership positions with cross-functional responsibilities, and her expert guidance on major global initiatives has helped foster longevity of the Preferred brand – prompting Hotel Management to name her among the most influential women in hospitality in 2018. Previously, Michelle held senior positions in distribution and revenue optimization for Swissôtel. A graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, she also serves on the Sabre Hospitality Executive Advisory Board and the Independent Lodging Congress Advisory Board, among others.

Melissa Young is a Client Partner on the travel team at Meta focusing on the Hotel, Air and Cruise sub-verticals. She is an expert in digital marketing strategy and she partners with the travel industry’s largest clients and agencies. Melissa’s career experience spans CPG, finance, travel, tech, and media, including 3+ years in international business development. Melissa has a passion for travel, having visited 32 countries and counting. Over the last three years, Melissa has become an expert road tripper, embracing the ‘work from anywhere’ lifestyle.

Holly Zoba has 15 years of experience in hotel Sales and Marketing, with Hospitality Partners and the Aurora Foundation, both in property level and corporate roles. She has also spent the last 10 years in hotel training and development as the SVP of Signature Worldwide and now as the architect of Influencer Sales Training. Recently she received a certification as a full stack web developer, MERN stack, and has contributed to the development of several web applications. Her company, Scout Simply, provides digital sales training through her Influencer Sales program as well as sales and marketing employee development through education, coaching, consulting and audits. Holly is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has also authored multiple articles in industry publications.
